Processed: Hollow Eating is an imagined exhibition created by Jiaqi Sun, to be theoretically presented at MoMA.

The exhibition is meant to educate visitors on how ultra processed foods are affecting their health. In this exhibition, scientists discuss the relationship between ultra-processed foods and double-burden malnutrition: the coexistence of over-nutrition and under-nutrition, which may feel counterintuitive.
